Job summary

Canada Goose is seeking a full-time Seasonal Retail Associate to join our Paris Champs-Élysées store and deliver highly engaging customer journeys in a luxury performance lifestyle environment.

You will aim to hit personal sales targets, take part in product knowledge sessions, and support store upkeep, stockroom organization, and accurate POS operations. Open availability Friday–Sunday and holidays, strong communication, time management, and multilingual abilities are valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a customer-focused, high-touch environment.
• Open availability to work Friday through Sunday and all holidays, with the flexibility to work retail hours including evenings.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently while demonstrating strong time management, organization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Good understanding of store operations, including efficient shipment processing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with high attention to detail and adaptability.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office, specifically Word and Excel.
• Multilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed personal sales and KPIs contributing to store results.
• Attend and participate in all store meetings, events and product knowledge sessions.
• Contribute to a positive store environment through communication, teamwork, and collaboration.
• Drive KPIs and selling metrics by introducing relevant product categories to customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organize the stockroom; ensure the sales floor is replenished.
• Advise customers on product recommendations through expert knowledge and cross-department collaboration.
• Operate POS systems and tools in line with Canada Goose standards.
