Körber Supply Chain is seeking a seasoned Scrum Master for a hybrid role based in Maia/Porto. You will lead agile teams, safeguard Scrum practices, and collaborate with cross-entity teams to optimize delivery and product backlog management.

With 4+ years in agile environments and a Scrum Master certification, you will drive continuous improvement, ensure effective ceremonies, and promote DevOps practices. Fluent English required.

Qualifications

• More than 4 years of hands-on experience applying agile methods, ideally Scrum.
• Experience with scaled agile models such as LeSS or SAFe.
• Experience in international cross-entity projects.
• Certification as Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
• Strong communication and moderation skills.
• Initiative, independent work and strong teamwork.
• Willingness to learn and develop in agile software development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise a team of Scrum Masters.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure collaboration.
• Continuously optimize the development process.
• Take responsibility for Scrum implementation in the team.
• Organize and moderate all relevant Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensure quality management requirements within agile processes.
• Maintain and ensure transparency of Scrum artifacts (Product/ Sprint Backlogs, Burndown).
• Monitor compliance with Scrum practices and promote agile methods.
• Foster agile practices within the team.
• Support the Product Owner in backlog management.

Your role in our team

• You will supervise and motivate a team of 7 persons.
• You will regularly coordinate with the other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent and effective collaboration.
• You will continuously optimize the entire development process.
• You will take responsibility for the Scrum process and ensure its correct implementation in the team.
• You will organize and moderate all relevant Scrum meetings.
• You will take into account the quality management requirements within the agile process.
• You will be responsible for the maintenance and transparency of the Scrum artifacts (Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, Burndown Charts).
• You will monitor compliance with Scrum practices and support their implementation in the team.
• You will establish and promote agile practices in the team.
• They support the product owner in the efficient management of the product backlog.

Your profile

• You have more than 4 years in-depth experience in the application of agile methods, ideally according to the Scrum framework
• You have experience in scaled agile process models such as LeSS or SAFe.
• You have gained experience in international cross-entity projects.
• You have a certification as a Scrum Master (e.g. CSM or PSM).
• You are characterized by strong communication and moderation skills.
• You show a high level of initiative and work both independently and effectively in a team.
• You have a strong interest in continuous development and a willingness to learn new things.
• You have basic knowledge in the field of agile software development.
• You have very good knowledge of working with DevOps, Miro and JIRA.
• You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• This is an Hybrid position in Maia/Porto
