IXO Labs is inviting contributors to record an English script in a natural Czech accent. The task offers a fixed submission fee and is not paid hourly. You will read the provided script, follow the recording guide, and submit the finished audio through the designated work area.

No prior voice experience is required, though voice recording or narration background is helpful. The activity is remote and can be completed on a smartphone or computer within about 15 minutes.

Your contribution at IXO

Make a short recording of an English script using your natural Czech accent. This is a defined audio contribution with a flat submission fee. The purpose is to capture authentic speech, so you should speak in your usual voice instead of performing or imitating an accent.

What you will do

• Read the script supplied for the assignment.
• Follow the recording guide and its step-by-step instructions.
• Complete the recording on a smartphone or computer with a microphone.
• Submit the finished audio through the work area specified for the assignment.

Eligibility and equipment

Your normal English speech must have an authentic Czech accent. You must be able to read and independently follow written instructions in English, and have access to a suitable phone or computer with a microphone. Applicants of any gender are welcome.

Voice recording, narration or previous audio-contribution experience is helpful, but it is not required.

Time and compensation

The activity is expected to take about 15 minutes or less. IXO will confirm the script, recording instructions and submission criteria before you begin.

Pay is $55/submission in USD for the completed recording that meets those criteria. This is a fixed fee for one submission, not an hourly rate or payment for an hour of finished audio. Additional recordings, if offered, will have their own agreed scope.

Recording participation and permitted use will be explained before contribution. Provide the requested script recording through the designated work process; personal audio collections or unrelated recordings are not part of the application.
