Your Role

Under the supervision of a Project Manager, you will be part of a collaborative and dynamic team, contributing to :

• Medical Information Management : Handling inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients in German and English.
• Pharmacovigilance & Product Complaints : Detecting, documenting, and reporting product issues and safety cases for medicinal products.
• Regulatory Support : Assisting in the preparation and submission of pharmaceutical regulatory documents.
• Literature Research : Conducting literature screenings in the medical / scientific field.

Your Profile

• Education & Experience : University degree or 2+ years in medical translation, interpreting, or administration.
• Languages : Full professional proficiency in German and English (French is a plus).
• Technical Skills : Comfortable with Microsoft Office and use of computer systems.
• Communication : Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Research & Analysis : Experience in literature research and monitoring.
• Work Style : Detail-oriented, systematic, and rigorous in execution.

Salary : Between 23000 and 26000 Euro, depending on experience.
