Job summary

CTS Group is establishing a France subsidiary and seeks an autonomous Schedule Manager to oversee day-to-day operations, plan complex data center projects, and help source and coordinate talent.

Based in France, you will manage schedules across Europe, collaborate with cross-border teams, monitor milestones, and implement planning tools to raise the organization’s operational maturity in a scale-up environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project scheduling within construction, infrastructure, or data center projects.
• Strong ability to define milestones, critical path and deliverables.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into stakeholder messages.
• Fluency in French and English.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules for complex data center construction projects.
• Define and track milestones, critical path, and key deliverables.
• Monitor schedule progress and report status to project teams and senior management.
• Propose mitigation plans when deviations are identified.
• Support structuring of the French entity’s project management capabilities.
