Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate sawmilling machinery, industrial saws, and wood-processing equipment safely
• Load, unload, guide, and position raw logs, timber, and cut wood through processing machinery
• Inspect timber products for quality, grain defects, standard thickness, and dimensions
• Sort, stack, bundle, and transfer processed lumber and wood products for storage or transport
• Clean work areas, clear sawdust/wood waste, and perform basic maintenance on equipment
• Adhere strictly to sawmill safety rules, machine guard protocols, and PPE guidelines
