Infosys Consulting is seeking a SAP S/4HANA ePPDS Consultant to drive end-to-end production planning solutions for our clients in France. You will lead workshops, map requirements, and implement ePPDS and PP processes across manufacturing and integration with other SAP modules.

You will collaborate with business users and project teams, develop functional specs, support data migration and testing, and contribute to knowledge transfer and post-go-live improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects with end-to-end scope.
• Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and manufacturing processes.
• Experience with Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshop facilitation.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities.

• Analyze requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP solutions.
• Demonstrate end-to-end ePPDS and PP processes during workshops and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide functional guidance for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities according to requirements and templates.
• Prepare functional specs and collaborate with technical teams for developments and integrations.
• Support integration across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management and other modules.
• Assist data migration activities including cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Provide defect resolution support during testing cycles and hypercare phases.
• Develop functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training for successful adoption.

About your role

• Lead Fit-to-Template workshops and facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to align business processes with SAP S/4HANA best practices.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and Production Planning solutions.
• Demonstrate end-to-end SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP processes during Show-and-Tell workshops and solution walkthroughs.
• Provide functional expertise and solution guidance for production planning, scheduling, capacity planning, and manufacturing execution processes.
• Configure and support SAP S/4HANA ePPDS and PP functionalities in accordance with business requirements and template standards.
• Identify process gaps, assess business impacts, and recommend optimal solution approaches.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for custom developments, enhancements, and integrations.
• Support integration activities across Manufacturing, Procurement, Inventory Management, Quality Management, and other SAP modules.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of Integration Testing (ITC), System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Support data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation, reconciliation, and cutover planning.
• Provide defect resolution support during testing cycles and hypercare phases.
• Develop functional documentation, process flows, configuration documents, test scripts, and training materials.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and end-user training to ensure successful business adoption.
• Work closely with business users, project managers, and cross-functional teams to deliver project milestones within agreed timelines.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations for production planning and scheduling processes.

You.

• Have a broad business skill set including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Have experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for a range of audiences
• Have excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in country's official language(s) (C2 proficiency) and English (C2 proficiency), project-related mobility/willingness to travel
• Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA ePPDS implementation projects with 3+ end to end implementation experience
• Strong understanding of Production Planning, Detailed Scheduling, Capacity Planning, MRP, and Manufacturing processes.
• Experience in Fit-to-Standard/Fit-to-Template workshop facilitation.
• Experience with data migration, testing, cutover, and hypercare support activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
