Job summary

Magellan is seeking an SAP PP/PM/QM Consultant to work on implementation, S/4HANA migration and maintenance projects for industrial clients. You will lead scoping workshops, analyze requirements, and write functional specs while driving improvements in production planning, asset management and quality control.

The role requires strong PP/QM expertise and collaboration with MM, SD and WM/EWM teams. This position demands a Master’s degree and 7+ years of SAP PP/QM experience, plus English fluency

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (Bac+5 equivalent) from engineering/business school or university.
• At least 7 years of experience as an SAP PP and/or QM Consultant.
• Experience in at least one SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration project.
• Solid understanding of industrial environments, manufacturing processes, and quality management.
• Strong knowledge of PP/QM integration with MM, SD, and WM/EWM.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and ability to communicate with business and technical teams.
• Professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead scoping workshops with production, manufacturing engineering, maintenance, quality and supply chain.
• Analyze requirements and write functional specifications.
• Propose improvements to production planning, industrial asset management and quality control.
• Configure PP: BOMs, routings, production orders, MRP and PP-PI.
• Configure PM: functional locations, equipment, preventive maintenance plans, maintenance orders and spare parts management.
• Configure QM: inspection plans, inspection lots, quality notifications and certificates.
• Lead testing phases (unit, integration, user acceptance) and support users to go-live.
• Collaborate with technical teams and other modules (MM, SD, WM/EWM, CO).
• Train key users and develop training materials.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing within Magellan’s SAP community.
