Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience selling SAP integrated transformation solutions to large accounts.
• Leadership experience directing consulting teams and driving growth.
• Strong sales ability with executive and board-level engagement.
• Ability to manage senior client relationships and opportunities at scale.
• Comfort with complex SAP-based ERP transformations and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to capture and sell SAP transformation solutions within market segment.
• Act as trusted advisor to clients for SAP strategy and implementation guidance.
• Own consulting revenues and margins for key accounts (annual target ~$6M).
• Lead new business, sales strategy, and SAP solution implementations in mid-large enterprises.
• Manage opportunities to ensure high-quality services and on-time delivery.
• Strengthen Infosys Consulting's position with large clients and expand presence.
• Ensure delivery in scope, cost, and value, with risk-informed client solutions.
• Coordinate with partners, engagement managers, and SMEs for client guidance.
• Lead proposal development, focusing on Infosys value and differentiators.
• Mentor subordinate managers and foster professional growth.
