Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking a skilled SAP MDG/MDM consultant to manage end-to-end S/4HANA data governance projects. You will translate business requirements into solution designs, drive workshop activities, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable data management solutions for major clients.

The role emphasizes hands-on implementation, client-facing guidance, and governance model design within a global delivery environment.

Qualifications

• Higher education degree in Economics, Information Technology or equivalent.
• At least 2–5 full project lifecycles in MDM, MDG, SAP Data Services, PI or Cloud Integration.
• Profound Data Governance experience with ability to translate business requirements into system design specifications.
• S/4HANA project experience and/or certification.
• Preferably experience in international template rollout projects.
• Efficient and communicative team player and self-starter.

Responsibilities

• Managing full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA in Data Management, Integration, Migration or Governance (MDG, Data Services).
• Lead MDG implementation activities including requirements, design, configuration and testing.
• Evaluate business requirements and map to SAP solutions, best practices and capabilities.
• Plan and execute Fit-Gap / Fit-to-Standard Workshops and guide adoption.
• Collaborate with near-/offshore teams and act as sparring partner for the client and project management.

Responsibilities

• SAP MDG implementation project activities in a functional hands-on role including requirements gathering, solution design, system configuration and testing

• Solution Design & Adoption for identified GAPs and business process improvement measures
• Ensuring system implementation together with near-/offshore team members

• Contribute to design and implementation of master data governance operating model, strategy and architecture
• Provide MDG business process expertise to the clients
• Contribute to specific sections of proposals as part of business pursuit team
