Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience developing on Salesforce Commerce Cloud B2C (SFRA).
• Proven experience leading technical teams or mentoring developers in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Excellent understanding of code quality, performance optimization, and caching strategies.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical implementation across features, modules, and integrations using SFRA best practices.
• Mentor developers, enforce clean code, and foster growth through peer programming.
• Collaborate with QA, UX, and infra teams to ensure robust releases via CI/CD pipelines.
