Tata Consultancy Services is seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Project Manager to lead complex Salesforce programs and drive end-to-end delivery. You will coordinate cross-functional teams across a global context, ensuring on-time, within-scope deliveries and alignment with strategic objectives.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years of project management, including 3–5 years in Salesforce implementations, and are proficient in agile and hybrid delivery, governance, and stakeholder engagement

Context:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex Salesforce programs and projects. In this role, you will drive end-to-end project execution, ensuring Salesforce solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including customer stakeholders, Salesforce architects, business analysts, developers, all in an international context.

The position requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder management, and deep familiarity with Salesforce project delivery methodologies in Agile and hybrid environments.

Who you are:

• An experienced project leader with 8+ years of project management experience, including 3 to 5 years managing Salesforce implementations or programs
• Skilled at managing large-scale digital transformation initiatives, ideally within CRM ecosystems
• Comfortable working with Salesforce platform capabilities: sales cloud, service cloud, experience cloud or others, and understanding their business value
• A strong communicator who can bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders
• Experienced in delivery methodologies such as agile and hybrid delivery frameworks
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple projects, timelines, budgets, and risks simultaneously
• Familiar with Salesforce governance, release management, and program delivery best practices
• Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment

What will you do:

• Lead the planning, resource load and team composition, statement of work
• Define project scope, objectives, timeline, resource plans, ensuring alignment with business strategy
• Manage cross-functional teams
• Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and blockers that may impact delivery
• Ensure best practices in Salesforce implementation, including governance, release management and quality assurance
• Drive stakeholders' engagement, aligning business needs with technical solutions
• Monitor project budgets, KPIs, and delivery performance, ensuring high-quality outcomes
• Support change in management and user adoption by coordinating training, communication and rollout strategies
• Continuously improving delivery processes, tools and frameworks to enhance efficiency and scalability of Salesforce programs
