Position Overview

As the Sales Team Leader, you are responsible for driving both sales performance and people development. You will lead, coach, and inspire a team of Sales Account Executives while actively engaging in strategic deals to secure the region’s growth targets. You’ll report to the Heads of Sales.

Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives
  • Define and track sales targets (ARR, PS, cross-sell, churn) and ensure consistent performance.
  • Support your team in complex deals (co-selling, forecasting, negotiation, closing).
  • Foster a high-performance culture built on transparency, collaboration, and accountability.
Business Development
  • Actively contribute to revenue growth by managing or supporting key strategic accounts.
  • Shape and execute go-to-market plans by vertical and by country.
  • Drive prospecting, upsell, and renewal actions in line with company strategy.
Sales Operations & Forecasting
  • Ensure pipeline accuracy and forecast reliability.
  • Enforce the use of MEDDPICC methodology and stage discipline within CRM.
  • Run weekly sales reviews and share insights with senior management and marketing.
About YOU
  • 5 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, including 1-2 years in a team-lead or sales-management position.
  • Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles across multiple stakeholders and countries.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical mindset, and ability to coach for performance.
  • Comfortable working with KPIs, forecasts, and pipeline management tools.
  • Positive leadership, strong communication, and people-first mindset.
  • Fluent in French, English and Dutch
