Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to data accuracy and communication with stakeholders.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience with ERP/CRM or project management systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; French would be a plus.

Job Summary

Coordinate project processes and/or activities (or part of a project). In this role, you will play a key part in supporting commercial activities, coordinating projects, managing pricing information, and ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams. This is a fixed-term contract position covering a maternity leave absence. You will join a dynamic, collaborative, supportive, and customer-focused team, where teamwork, agility, and continuous improvement are highly valued to deliver outstanding service and business results.

Where You’ll Make a Difference

Sales Support & Coordination

Centrally orchestrate internal activities and ad-hoc requests requiring action from local and regional teams, ensuring standard procedures and best practices are followed. Leverage previous work and established processes to minimize disruption to account teams. Coordinate toxicology reviews and ensure timely follow-up on requests. Respond to ad-hoc inquiries from internal teams and customers. Coordinate cross-functional activities and ensure effective communication among stakeholders.

Project Management Lead

Lead maintenance projects across multiple categories, ensuring projects are opened, updated, and completed within agreed timelines. Update project information in internal systems, ensuring changes are reflected within 24 hours whenever applicable. Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful execution. Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including portfolios, project overviews, and base files at both local and regional levels. Organize logistics and coordinate various project-related requests. Support pricing accuracy through quotations and price list maintenance activities.

Pricing Management

Support IFF global teams by gathering, validating, and updating pricing information within internal systems. Prepare quotations and provide pricing support for ongoing projects and ad-hoc requests. Ensure accuracy and consistency of pricing data across systems and databases. Communicate updated price lists to relevant stakeholders and maintain pricing documentation.

What Makes You the Right Fit

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Commercial Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Experience working with ERP, CRM, or project management systems is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; French would be a plus.
