LOEWE, a historic luxury fashion house founded in Spain, offers a paid, full-time internship based in Paris in the Sales & Supply Planning team. You will support RTW and Shoes planning, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives such as Anaplan.

You will help track KPIs, assist in building the sales plan, and monitor stock movements while developing your analytical and Excel/Power BI skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or a similar field.
• A first experience (internship/project) in fashion and/or luxury will be a plus.
• Strong analytical capabilities and numeric aptitude are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (mainly PowerPoint and Excel) is mandatory. Knowledge of Power BI will be a plus.
• Great attention to detail and a commitment to quality in your work.
• High motivation, willingness to learn, and an eagerness to face new challenges.
• Well-organized and comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in English. Other languages (French and Spanish) will be a plus.

Responsabilités

• Collaborate in Launching Deliveries Follow up (seasonal launchings): update files, participate in meetings and prepare minutes with key stakeholders.
• Track and monitor Supply Chain Scorecard KPIs: Calculate and report on key KPIs such as On time delivery, On time production, Sales forecast accuracy, industrial lead-times, stock coverage and sell through.
• Assist Sales planner to build sales plan for RTW & SHOES.
• Follow up on sales plan accuracy.
• Alert when foresee future stock outs or generation of overstock, and work with Supply planning and/or distribution to mitigate these problems.

Sales & Supply Planning Intern

This is a paid, full-time internship based in Paris.

About the Role

As part of the Supply Chain team, you will support the Sales & Supply Planning function for the expanding Ready-to-Wear (RTW) & Shoes business, assisting the team with daily operations, cross-functional projects, and ongoing initiatives such as Anaplan.
