The Sales/Stock Associate is the heartbeat of our sales floor, with a primary focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience. This role involves building strong relationships with clients to understand their lifestyle and fashion needs while demonstrating expert knowledge of the brand, its aesthetic, and its pieces. Additionally, the Sales/Stock Associate is responsible for maintaining an organized and efficient stockroom, ensuring seamless coordination between storage and the sales floor. They must uphold stock management expectations, including accurate inventory handling, timely restocking, and proper delivery treatment.
What You Will Do
- Meet personal and store sales goals by ensuring that each customer receives outstanding customer service.
- Establish a returning client business by developing and maintaining long-lasting relationships.
- Actively outreach to client base to strengthen relationship via email, phone call and text messaging.
- Utilize company selling culture and training tools to meet and exceed KPI expectations.
- Actively learn and speak to the trends of each collection.
- Utilize all company training materials to stay versed on company happenings, new collections, and promotions.
- Maintain organization, upkeep, and cleanliness of both the front and back of house.
- Ensure that the sales floor is maintained and beautifully reflects the brand.
- Partner with entire team to execute open + close checklist, shipments, DOR’s and overall store standards.
- Ability to work weekends and most holidays.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Be fully responsible for shifts in our store (open/close).
- Oversee efficient stock organization and replenishment to ensure product availability.
- Manage incoming deliveries, ensuring proper handling, verification, and storage.
- Coordinate between the sales floor and storage to facilitate timely restocking and inventory flow.
What You Can Bring
- Must be an EU citizen.
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous retail experience in a direct customer interactive environment preferred.
- High volume experience is preferred.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Excellent customer service skills and do what it takes to create seamless experiences for customers.
- Positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
- Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and written communication skills.
- A high-energy team player who possesses excellent organizational and project management skills, and who can work independently, troubleshoot, and work in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment with numerous deadlines.
