Role Overview

We are currently seeking a dynamic BDM / Sales Specialist to drive growth in our Application Security portfolio and contribute to the success of our rapidly expanding business.

You will act as the key specialist for Application Security solutions, supporting sales teams and partners in positioning Fortinet’s AppSec offerings to enterprise customers across the region.

As a BDM / Sales Specialist – Application Security, you will:

  • Lead go‑to‑market initiatives for Fortinet’s Application Security solutions (WAF, API Security, Bot Protection, Runtime AppSec, etc.)
  • Partner with account managers and channel teams to identify opportunities and drive adoption of AppSec solutions
  • Build and execute business plans with partners and customers focused on AppSec growth
  • Deliver consultative sales engagements, acting as a trusted advisor on application security challenges
  • Provide enablement, training, and thought leadership to partners and internal teams on AppSec trends and Fortinet technologies
  • Collaborate with marketing and engineering to develop campaigns and solution messaging that resonate with enterprise customers
  • Carry quarterly and annual targets specific to Application Security

We Are Looking For

An insightful and influential collaborator with strong expertise in Application Security. We encourage you to apply if you bring the following qualities:

  • 5+ years of business development or sales experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on Application Security solutions
  • Proven ability in prospecting, hunting, and managing long sales cycles
  • Familiarity with SaaS solutions and a land‑and‑expand strategy for account growth
  • Experience working in a matrixed environment alongside AEs and SEs, with a team‑player mindset and excellent communication skills
  • Knowledge of hyperscalers and experience promoting business through them is a plus, but not mandatory — the ability to act as a trusted advisor is essential
  • Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage C‑level stakeholders
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
