MG Motor France is seeking a Logistics Coordinator in Courbevoie to ensure efficient allocation of vehicles and accurate data consolidation. You will support the Sales Planning & Logistics teams by coordinating vehicle distribution, managing stock levels, and ensuring timely allocations for regular sales, promotions, and launches.

The role requires strong communication in French and English, plus proficiency in MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Education background in Logistics or Supply Chain is preferred.
• Fluent in French and English, both oral and written.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel with macros.
• Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsabilités

• Allocate and distribute vehicles to Sales Area Managers and dealers based on demand and targets.
• Coordinate with Sales Planning Officers to align supply with forecasts and campaigns.
• Support launches and promotions with priority allocations.
• Manage inventory to avoid overstock or stockouts and review stock levels.
• Track allocations and inventory in internal systems and prepare reports for senior management.

LOCATION: Courbevoie

PURPOSE

You will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective allocation of vehicles, consolidation of data and reports. This position plays a critical role in supporting the Sales Planning & Logistics team by coordinating vehicle distribution, managing inventory levels, and ensuring timely allocation for regular sales, promotional campaigns, and special product launches. The coordinator works closely with the Sales Planning Officer and Logistics Officers to align vehicle availability with market demand and company objectives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Vehicle Allocation & Distribution

• Develop and implement allocation strategies to ensure the optimal distribution of vehicles to Sales Area Managers and dealers based on market demand and sales targets (B2C & B2B).
• Collaborate with the Sales Planning Officer to align vehicle supply with market forecasts and sales targets, ensuring that the right mix of models and specifications are available in each region.
• Monitor daily inventory levels and coordinate with Logistics Officers to ensure vehicles are delivered on time to meet sales objectives.

Coordination with Sales Team

• Liaise with Sales Coordinator, Sales Area Managers, B2B Managers, and dealers to understand their vehicle requirements and ensure that allocations meet their sales plans and customer needs.
• Act as the central point of contact for vehicle availability inquiries, special requests, and adjustments to allocations.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient communication flow between the sales, planning, and logistics teams.

Support for Special Launches & Promotions

• Coordinate vehicle allocations for new product launches, promotional events, and special campaigns.
• Ensure that priority allocations are executed effectively.

Inventory & Stock Management

• Work closely with Logistics Officers to ensure that vehicle stocks are efficiently managed and distributed, avoiding overstocking or stockouts in key sales areas.
• Regularly review and update stock levels, keeping Sales Planning and Logistics teams informed of critical inventory situations.
• Analyze and forecast future vehicle demand to proactively adjust allocation plan.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Track vehicle allocations, inventory levels, and distribution efficiency through internal systems.
• Prepare regular reports for the senior management, highlighting allocation performance, inventory trends, and areas for improvement.
• Maintain database of DCS with related reports and place wholesale orders in DCS in time for car delivery.

Continuous Process Improvement

• Regularly assess the allocation and distribution processes, identifying areas for efficiency improvements.
• Propose and implement initiatives to streamline vehicle allocation, enhance communication between departments, and improve responsiveness to market needs.

EXPERIENCE & EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

• Education background in Logistics/Supply Chain or a related field is preferred
• Relevant working experience and ideally in Automotive industry
• Perfect command both oral and written in French and English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications especially in Excel (Macro)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse parties, team esprit
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
