Job summary

CloudKitchens is seeking a Sales Operations Intern for our Paris office. You will support SDRs and Account Executives across prospecting, qualification, contract drafting and CRM hygiene in a fast-growing company transforming the restaurant industry.

Based in Paris, this 6-month internship offers hands-on experience with Salesforce, outbound and inbound campaigns, and commercial communications while collaborating with multiple teams to drive success in online food delivery.

Qualifications

• Excellent English skills.

• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Interest in sales technology, data analysis and workflow automation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sales execution and deal support: assist Account Executives, draft contracts and proposals, manage CRM and tools.
• Inbound qualification (SDR scope): qualify leads, do discovery calls, route opportunities, maintain CRM.
• Research and targeting: build target lists, identify decision-makers, market/competitor research.
• Commercial communication (LinkedIn): draft and schedule sales posts, monitor engagement.
• Prospection and outreach support: assist outbound campaigns and automate repetitive outreach tasks.
• CRM and sales operations: ensure CRM hygiene and support new processes.
