Sales & Operations Manager – France (IT Security Integration)

As part of their ambitious EMEA growth strategy, they are now recruiting a Sales & Operations Manager – France.

THE ROLE

This is a key leadership position, bridging Sales and Operations, combining commercial drive with hands‑on service management.

Operations :

Following several acquisitions, the French team now counts around 30 colleagues.

You’ll play a central role in aligning the global vision with local execution, overseeing a service team of four.

Your mission : ensure high‑quality delivery for existing clients, support technical experts, manage planning and performance, and uphold operational excellence.

Sales :

You’ll also drive business growth by developing new opportunities within existing accounts and expanding the client base.

This means meeting clients, understanding their needs, and collaborating closely with partners to deliver the best tailored solutions.

This hybrid position offers significant autonomy and calls for an intrapreneurial mindset — someone eager to take ownership, build something, and grow within a trust‑based, people‑centered organization.

  • Bilingual & results‑driven – fluent in French and English, energetic, organized, and able to thrive under pressure.
JOB DETAILS
  • Location : Greater Paris Area (head office)
  • Work pattern : ~50% client visits / 50% office‑based. Remote work is flexible — no rigid policy, everything is built on trust.
  • Contract : Permanent (CDI)
  • Compensation : Attractive package – fixed salary + bonus / commission + benefits
  • Reporting line : EMEA General Manager
