Key Responsibilities
- Implement regional / national sales strategies and plans to achieve regional / national sales targets.
- Conduct regular customer visits and communication, build a strong agent system, assist clients in expanding local distribution networks, and strengthen customer relationships.
- Responsible for product and market promotion in the region, lead regional / national participation in international exhibitions.
- Monitor significant changes in the regional market, formulate and implement corresponding strategies in a timely manner.
- Execute plans for new product and new market development to increase product market coverage.
- Collect feedback on company products, market information, and customer needs in the region / country, and provide regular reports.
- Assist in the establishment of local branches and the recruitment and management of local teams.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications
- English and French can be as working language, open to long-term expatriation.
- Familiar with overseas channel business models and operations, preferably in consumer electronics, smart hardware, or related industries.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in channel analysis, channel expansion and management, or Go-to-Market (GTM) experience in the French market.
- Diligent, responsible, strong coordination and communication skills, adaptable, and open-minded.
- Strong business communication skills with primary agents, responsible for sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out performance.
