BD Grenoble seeks a dedicated coordinator to facilitate exchanges and coordination between BD, freight forwarders, distributors and end customers. You will support global logistics and ensure smooth information flow in a regulated life sciences environment.

In this role you will contribute to traceability, maintain rigorous follow-up with the Technical Support Service, and help strengthen our customer service in a fast-paced setting based in Grenoble, France.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across logistics, sales and support.
• Ability to ensure traceability and accurate record-keeping for service cases.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.
