A market-leading financial services firm located in Paris is seeking a Sustainability Sales Specialist to drive sales across French territories for Responsible Investment Solutions. The ideal candidate should have a background in finance, demonstrated sales experience, and a strong interest in sustainable investing. Fluency in English and French is required. Qualifications

ISS STOXX is looking for a Sustainability Sales Specialist to support our sales efforts across the French territories for our market leading suite of Responsible Investment Solutions including Climate Data Ratings & Rankings Controversies Impact & SDGs and Regulatory success in this role you will need to have a genuine interest in the area of Sustainable and Responsible investments including all aspects of Environmental Social and Governance (ESG) research and topics along with a financial background and demonstrated sales experience.

The role requires a high level of technical acumen attention to detail the ability to understand front office needs and strong collaboration skills.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve revenue and renewalgoals byidentifyingand closingSustainability sales prospects and up sales with existing clients
  • Grow ISS Sustainability market share recognition and perception within theinvestment management andasset ownercommunity
  • Continuously assess Sustainability market opportunities define and update a sales plan for territory and discuss with management
  • Ensure detailed sales and renewal reporting and forecasting
  • Work closely with ISSBDRand Marketing managers to define productsservicesand marketing plans
  • Build and maintain relationships amongst existing clients and prospects
  • Record all client and prospect contacts and all meeting and telephone activity information into firms CRM system
  • Share relevant industry and opportunity information across the sales group and with other departments
Qualifications
  • A minimum of3years experience working within institutional sales and relationship managementwith a focus on meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Bachelor or masters degree with a background in Finance Economics or other related discipline is preferred
  • Track record of relationship management business development and revenue generation either selling directly or through strategic partners
  • Demonstrated relationship and project management skills with the ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Strong multi-tasking skills with expert judgment to help set priorities
  • Excellent organizational and verbal skills
  • Absolute personal and business integrity
  • Fluent in English and French
