Sales Director, EMEA (Paris‑based) 🇪🇺📈

Location: Paris, France (hybrid – ~3 days/week in office)

Compensation: Up to €90k base + uncapped commission + equity options

The Opportunity 🚀

We’re hiring a Sales Director, EMEA based in Paris to develop and grow a defined regional territory (initially DACH, Nordics, Netherlands, and Eastern Europe). You will own the full sales cycle, drive new ARR, and deepen relationships with financial institutions across both traditional and digital asset markets.

This is a high‑visibility role reporting directly to the Head of EMEA & APAC Sales.

Key Responsibilities 💼
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline through inbound & outbound prospecting
  • Lead complex sales cycles with financial institutions
  • Achieve and exceed ARR targets (~€800k annually at full year; prorated for mid‑year start)
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and pipeline visibility
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain an active network
  • Partner closely with product, engineering, legal, and leadership teams
  • Manage ongoing commercial relationships, including upsell & cross‑sell opportunities

Must‑Have Requirements
  • Understanding of financial market data (order book, rates, indices, risk, etc.)
  • Experience selling to financial institutions (buy‑side, sell‑side, or infrastructure)
  • Ability to quickly understand client use cases and data workflows
  • Exceptional communication skills; confident with C‑suite engagement
  • A natural networker—comfortable meeting prospects at industry events
  • Fluent in English + French or German
Nice‑to‑Haves
  • Knowledge of crypto markets or DeFi 🌐
  • Existing network in crypto or digital assets
  • Experience with Bloomberg‑style data vendors or financial data providers
