A global provider of digital asset solutions is seeking a Sales Director, EMEA based in Paris to lead sales initiatives across DACH, Nordics, and Eastern Europe. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, achieving ARR targets, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. This role requires strong communication skills and fluency in English, French, or German, with a focus on the financial data market. The company offers a competitive salary with uncapped commission and equity options.
Location: Paris, France (hybrid – ~3 days/week in office)
Compensation: Up to €90k base + uncapped commission + equity options

We’re hiring a Sales Director, EMEA based in Paris to develop and grow a defined regional territory (initially DACH, Nordics, Netherlands, and Eastern Europe). You will own the full sales cycle, drive new ARR, and deepen relationships with financial institutions across both traditional and digital asset markets.
