At Alchemy we are working with an international fine art logistics company seeking an experienced Sales Coordinator to join its Paris-based team. This position plays a key role in the coordination and delivery of fine art transport, customs, and exhibition projects, ensuring exceptional service to galleries, museums, and private clients across France and abroad.

The Sales Coordinator will manage a range of national and international projects involving fine art packing, transport, installation, and customs procedures. You’ll act as the central point of contact between clients, operational teams, and partners, ensuring projects run smoothly from quotation to delivery. The role requires a high degree of organisation, precision, and professionalism, with occasional travel to client sites and exhibitions across France.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all aspects of fine art transport, including packing, shipping, customs, and documentation.
  • Manage multiple client projects, monitoring timelines, budgets, and margins.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing upon project completion.
  • Plan operations in collaboration with internal teams, subcontractors, and external agents.
  • Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates and resolving issues quickly.
  • Support the development of best practices and contribute to the ongoing growth of the Fine Art division.
  • Attend client meetings and support on-site logistics when required.
  • Uphold company CSR commitments and operational standards.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in fine art logistics, museum services, or gallery coordination.
  • Knowledge of transport documentation, customs procedures, and fine art handling standards.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organisational ability and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English and French is required.
  • IT literacy and confidence using management systems.
