Magrey & Sons RETAIL is seeking a dedicated Consultant to identify exceptional properties in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and nearby communities, manage a curated portfolio, and negotiate key transactions.

You will advise international clients on tailor-made buying or selling experiences, organize targeted visits, and safeguard interests throughout the deal, building enduring relationships with partners in the luxury real estate market.

Responsabilités

• Identify and prospect exceptional properties in Saint-Paul-de-Vence and the surrounding area (Saint-Paul-de-Vence, Biot, La-Colle-sur-Loup)
• Evaluate and support the sale of high-end residential properties
• Organize and conduct targeted visits for our clients
• Negotiate transactions while safeguarding the interests of the parties
• Maintain a special relationship with our network of international clients and partners

As a Consultant, you will be in charge of prospecting, portfolio management and negotiation of exceptional properties. You will play a key role in advising and supporting international clients looking for a tailor-made buying or selling experience.
