Under Armour in France is seeking a Sales Associate for a part-time role. You will greet customers, drive sales, and deliver standout experiences while keeping the store sharp and welcoming. This position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities to grow with the brand.

As a team member, you’ll balance front-of-store duties with back-of-store tasks, embrace the fast-paced retail environment, and contribute to a high-energy team dedicated to exceptional customer service and brand loyalty.

Formación

• Minimum 16 years old (or 18 in some regions)
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends
• Strong communication skills are essential
• Ability to perform essential store functions and operate POS systems

Responsabilidades

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout
• Suggest apparel and footwear to match customer needs
• Share product knowledge with customers
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work front and back of store, including POS and payments
• Fulfill omni-channel requests via digital experience
• Demonstrate teamwork and adapt to fast-paced environment
• Promote rewards program to customers
• Be accountable for self-development and growth opportunities
• Perform tasks as assigned by management

Your Impact

• Offer great customer service, from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out
• Bring out the best in each customer by suggesting the right apparel and footwear
• Share what they know - and love - about our products
• Stock, straighten and clean the store
• Work both front and back of store as needed, including point of sale and payment processes
• Deliver customer omni-channel requests through digital experience
• Demonstrate collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team
• Demonstrate ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
• Promote customer loyalty by educating customers about our Rewards program
• Be accountable for self-development, while seizing growth opportunities to increase performance
• Deliver omni-channel requests in line with UA process and policy through digital experience
• Fulfill the working hours as scheduled to Under Armour’s attendance policy
• Perform other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must meet these minimum requirements:

• At least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California)
• Able to maneuver around the sales floor, stockroom and office and can lift up to 25 lbs./12kgs
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to perform essential functions of the role
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices)
