PHILIPP PLEIN is hiring an energetic and ambitious Sales Assistant for their flagship store in Cannes. The ideal candidate will support the sales team, provide outstanding customer service, and help build a loyal client base. Experience in luxury brands and fluency in Arabic and English at minimum B2 level are required. • Business Client Development
• Build and maintain a loyal client base
• Communicate, engage and energise the team to maximise performance
• Leadership & Engagement Support
• Support the manager(s) creating an inclusive working environment with a client-first culture
• Support the manager(s) developing the team product knowledges and selling culture
• Operations
• Expert of Philipp Plein clienteling and digital tools, store systems and procedures
• Uphold & coach Brand standards and Brand presentation
• Communicate product and client feedback to buyers & manager(s)
