Meller is hiring Sales Assistants in Paris to deliver personalised customer experiences and uphold our brand standards. You will assist customers, manage store operations, and support replenishment with accuracy, while upholding a welcoming and energetic store atmosphere.

The role requires at least 2 years in fashion sales, a strong eye for style, and excellent communication in English. A full-time contract with flexible hours is offered within a dynamic, creative team with room to grow.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service in fashion.
• Passion for fashion and strong aesthetic sense.
• High level of English; a third language is a plus.

Responsabilités

Your role

• Customer service: Put the customer at the centre, offering personalised advice and ensuring an exceptional in-store experience.
• Store management: Help maintain the store according to Meller standards, keeping the space organised, clean, and reflective of our brand identity.
• Daily operations: Support product replenishment, store maintenance, and cash register operations with accuracy.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with the Store Manager and the team, ensuring everyone gives their best in every customer interaction.
• Brand ambassador: Connect with customers, conveying the energy, authenticity, and uniqueness of Meller.
