ANINE BING is seeking a Sales Advisor to join the Saint Germain, Paris store. The Stylist will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through personal relationship selling and 1:1 service.

The role focuses on cultivating customer relationships, educating clients about the brand, and meeting store sales goals within a dynamic team environment. Strong English and French skills are required and the position is based in Paris.

• 1+ years fashion, styling or retail sales experience.
• Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment.
• Ability to build and maintain a client book.
• Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product.
• Proficient in English and French.

ANINE BING is looking for a Sales Advisor to join the team in Saint Germain, Paris.

TheSales Advisor(which we refer to as Stylist) is the ultimate ambassador for ANINE BING. The person in this role will work with an in-store sales team to drive sales through customer relationship selling and 1:1 personalized service experience.

The ideal candidate is eager to cultivate and grow customer relationships and loves to work passionately with a growing team to meet and exceed store sales goals.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide a personal and unforgettable in-store experience
• Understand the brand’s story, vision, and method, and be able to naturally convey this to customers
• Knowledgeable about our products and have a desire to educate others
• Drive sales through active engagement with customers, goal driven
• Assist customers with personalized styling expertise
• Develop and nurture client relationships
• Contribute positive energy to provide a welcoming environment
• Maintain a clean and organized presentation of the store space

Requirements:

• 1+ years fashion, styling or retail sales experience
• Experience in personal styling and a goal driven environment
• Ability to build and maintain a client book
• Ability to provide feedback and insight about clientele and product
• Proficient in English and French
• Ability to regularly stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the store during shifts
• Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and fixtures weighing up to 25 - 40 lbs (with or without reasonable accommodation)
