Jobtailor in Saint-Maximin, Occitanie is seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to drive sales in the department and support home improvement customers with tailored advice.

You will maintain a high-quality self-service area, energize the floor with promotions, and showcase products through displays while collaborating with the Department and Area Managers to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

• Drive sales in the department
• Recommend complementary solutions and a range of additional services
• Support customers with their home improvement projects
• Ensure a high-quality self-service area through shelf replenishment, aisle cleanliness, and product facing
• Help showcase the product range through promotional displays and window displays
• Energize the sales area through commercial initiatives and promotions
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a welcoming experience and tailored advice
• Work under the guidance of a Department Manager and an Area Manager
