Sales Account Executive (France Italyor/and Spain)
Job description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Account Executive to drive growth and manage strategic client relationships within the FrenchSpanishor Italian life sciences market.
This role offers the opportunity to join a fast-growing company working with pharmaceutical teams across Europe delivering omnichannel engagement solutions content data services and a newly launched subscription-based AI insights platform.
The role is ideal for a commercially driven professional with a strong pharmaceutical sciences background who thrives in consultative relationship-led sales.
Key responsibilities
Strategic Sales Execution
- Develop and execute a targeted sales strategy to grow the assigned market
- Identify prioritise and develop opportunities with pharmaceutical consumer health and medical device companies
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and closing
- Collaborate closely with internal teams and selected partners to deliver integrated solutions
Revenue Growth
- Achieve and exceed individual revenue targets for new business and account expansion
- Grow existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities across services and platform offerings
- Build a strong sustainable pipeline aligned with the companys growth objectives
Client Engagement
- Act as a trusted commercial partner to pharmaceutical stakeholders understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Lead high-quality client meetings presentations and negotiations
- Represent the company at relevant industry events conferences and client engagements
- Build long-term relationships that support repeat business and account growth
Operational Excellence
- Use CRM and data-driven tools to manage pipeline forecasting and client interactions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activity and opportunities
- Provide regular reporting and market feedback
- Actively contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes and best practices
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in the life sciences sector
- Industry knowledge: Strong understanding of pharmaceutical environments and commercial dynamics
- Language Skills: Native French Spanish or Italian
- Working proficiency in English
- Track record: Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed revenue targets in a competitive consultative sales environment
