Roadsurfer is seeking an automotive technician to keep our campervans roadworthy and safe. You will oversee several rental stations in your area, ensuring vehicle condition and customer satisfaction.

You will perform minor repairs, share knowledge with station staff, and participate in shaping the work environment with your ideas and enthusiasm.

Qualifications

• Completed training as automotive mechanic or mechatronics technician.
• Extensive knowledge of various brands and vehicle models.
• Fluent in French and solid English.

Responsabilités

• Keep vehicles on the road with safety and customer satisfaction in mind.
• Oversee multiple rental stations in the area.
• Share responsibility for the technical condition of campervans.
• Independently perform minor repairs and train station staff to perform basic repairs.
• Contribute ideas and proactively shape the work environment.

The role - your passion

• Your main task is to keep our vehicles on the road in terms of traffic safety and customer satisfaction.

• You oversee various rental stations in your area.

• You share responsibility for the technical condition of our campervans.

• You independently perform minor repairs on our vehicles and pass on your knowledge to station employees so that they can carry out repairs themselves to some extent.

• You actively participate in shaping your work environment, are enthusiastic about new projects, and contribute your ideas.

What you need to surf the wave with us

• You have completed training as an automotive mechanic / automotive mechatronics technician or a similar program in the automotive industry.

• You possess extensive knowledge of various brands and vehicles, ideally familiar with our common models already.

• A high degree of flexibility, occasional willingness to travel, and manual dexterity are natural for you.

• You speak French fluently and solid English.
