• Native or fluent Russian (written & spoken) mandatory.
• English proficiency for multinational collaboration.
• Previous trust & safety, social media, or customer support experience advantageous.
• Strong ability to follow complex moderation guidelines and policies.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and moderate user-generated content to enforce community standards.
• Identify, investigate and mitigate security risks to protect users.
• Flag sensitive content using Russian linguistic/cultural context.
