Ajax Turner Company, Inc. in LaVergne, TN is hiring a Chaser Merchandiser to assist in delivering products along an assigned route, stocking shelves, and maintaining stock freshness. This role requires a valid driving record, a high school diploma or GED, and the ability to lift 25-50 pounds daily.

A company vehicle is provided and benefits are offered. Start times around 5 AM, 40-45 hour weeks, no weekends, and home daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must have satisfactory driving record and pass criminal background check.
• Can build product displays, stock cooler shelves, stack cases, etc.
• Ability to effectively and safely operate a dolly (hand truck).
• Friendly, courteous, professional appearance and ability to work in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist in delivering products along an assigned daily route.
• Execute product rotation, stock shelves, report out of stocks, organize back stock, and relocate products as directed.
• Submit all required paperwork, sales invoices, communication forms, and customer payments daily.
• Cultivate a superior knowledge of company's portfolio.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues and accidents according to company policies.
• Maintain published product freshness standards by monitoring and rotating stock in retail accounts.
• Provide professional interaction to customers and store managers.
