• Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping.

Responsibilities

• As a Day Room Attendant you are responsible for the cleanliness and preparation of guest rooms.
• Carry out full room cleaning, stay-over and check-out to 5-star standards.
• Prepare and set up rooms.
• Replenish room linen and guest amenities as required.
• Check the condition of room equipement and report any defects or maintenance issue.
• Report maintenance issues in rooms.
• Follow cleaning procedures, organisation, method of work.
• Ensure an impeccable level of quality and compliance with LQA standards.
• Keep service pantries and work equipment clean.
• Respond to guest requests related to housekeeping.
• Work in coordination with the team and the head housekeeper.
