A leading hotel support services provider in France is seeking a Room Attendant to maintain exceptional cleanliness standards in guest rooms. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, ensuring hygiene and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities include cleaning, restocking amenities, and adhering to safety protocols. Candidates should possess strong time management and customer service skills. This role offers flexibility with working hours, on-site training, and a supportive company culture.

Qualifications

  • Preferred experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.

Responsabilités

  • Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, and restock amenities.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors.
  • Sanitize surfaces for hygiene maintenance.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.

Hours of work: 0-40 hours per week / Available to work some weekends.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and tidy guest rooms to established standards.
  • Change bed linens, replace towels, empty trash bins and restock amenities.
  • Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean mirrors for a neat appearance.
  • Sanitize surfaces thoroughly for hygiene maintenance.
  • Maintain stock levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries.
  • Promptly report any maintenance issues or damages.
  • Follow supervisor instructions and adhere to safety protocols.
  • Ensure the security of guest rooms and the privacy of the guests.
  • Provide professional and respectful service to guests and respond to their requests promptly.

Experience
  • Preferred Experience: Experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, particularly in housekeeping or room attendant positions.
