Venture Solar is expanding its installation team and seeks an Experienced Installer who thrives on rooftop work and heights. The role emphasizes safety, physical endurance, and precise installation of racking and solar modules.

Responsibilities include mounting hardware on pitched roofs, assembling the solar array layout, and assisting with conduit runs under supervision. A valid driver's license and willingness to work 40+ hours weekly are expected.

Qualifications

• Previous Solar Installation experience and comfort with heights/roof work.

Responsibilities

• Install racking, mounting hardware, and solar modules on pitched roofs.
• Handle the structural mounting and physical layout of the solar array.
• Assist with conduit runs and basic wiring under the guidance of the Electrician.
