Match For Impact is a social innovation platform dedicated to fostering collaboration between senior executives in career transition and impact-driven entrepreneurs. Through 90-day pro-bono missions, the platform connects individuals seeking purpose-driven leadership and professional growth with entrepreneurs in need of strategic expertise. These engagements are designed to deliver concrete outcomes for entrepreneurs while enabling executives to gain hands‑on experience in the impact sector. Match For Impact aims to create transformative and scalable social impact through these partnerships.

Role Description

About the Role

Match for Imapct is a purpose-driven social innovation platform that offers online coaching and training programs, in partnership with accelerators.

I'm looking for a strategic, organized, and detail‑obsessed launch integrator to help me design and run clean, aligned, and high‑converting launches of these partnerships—as well as community management across our WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and Squarespace membership site.

This is not a junior implementation role.

You’ll help shape strategy, manage execution, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.

You’ll collaborate directly with me, take ownership of deliverables, and work closely with our tech/design team to bring ideas to life.

Job Details
  • Part‑time (starting at 20 hours/week for the first three months)
  • Full‑time potential after that

What You Will Do
  • Co‑create and manage the launch strategy with me
  • Own the launch funnel: ads, social, email sequences, webinars, checkouts, sales pages, and backend flow
  • Oversee timelines, tasks, and moving parts: affiliates, content, tech, and delivery
  • Collaborate with our tech/design team to deliver assets (landing pages, emails, banners, etc.)
  • Lead social media strategy and execution (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube)
  • Repurpose my video recordings into final‑ready content (with or without AI tools)
  • Review all assets for clarity, tone, formatting, and accuracy
  • Track progress: what’s done, what’s missing, what’s next
  • Spot potential blockers and keep deadlines on track
  • Contribute strategic ideas, not just logistics
  • Keep me and the team aligned, organized, and accountable
  • Run and energize our communities on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, and the Squarespace members site:
    • Prompt discussions, answer questions, build an uplifting vibe
    • Post regular updates and resources aligned to our programs
    • Help members make connections, feel supported, and stay engaged
    • Watch out for member feedback and flag anything that needs attention

  • You are comfortable with technology and can learn new tools easily (Experience with Squarespace, monday.com, and ActiveCampaign is essential, Zapier and Typeform a plus.)
  • You speak fluent English (our audience is international)

Hours
  • 20 hours/week to start
  • Mostly async, flexible hours, with fixed weekly check‑ins
  • Paid hourly or per project, tell me your rate
