TransPerfect's DataForce unit in Paris seeks a Tech Annotator to support AI model development via prompt creation, evaluation, data annotation, and real-time teleoperation tasks. This on-site role is temporary (3 months) with potential extension and a workload around 25 hours per week.

The position requires fluent Hindi and advanced English, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to operate safely in a technically advanced setting while coordinating with engineering and project stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Idiomatic fluency in Hindi.
• Advanced level of English.
• On-site in Paris.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Experience with robotics, remote operation systems, gaming, or joystick-based control interfaces.
• Ability to multitask across multiple camera views, sensor feeds, and UI dashboards.
• Basic understanding of safety procedures in robotics or industrial environments.

Responsabilités

• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Develop user prompts and establish robust evaluation criteria for AI model testing.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Review and rate model responses, ensuring compliance with project guidelines and quality standards.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Investigate and document failure cases, providing actionable insights for improvement.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Communicate observations, feedback, and rating justifications effectively to stakeholders.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Apply guidelines to maintain excellent data quality.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Annotate and label audio and text data according to project specifications.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Evaluate the performance of Speech Recognition and Text-to-Speech systems.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Curate and maintain golden datasets for model development.
• AI Prompting, Evaluation & Annotation: Source audio content from online platforms and transcribe recordings.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Operate robotic arms and robotic systems in real time to perform tasks such as object pickup and placement.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Inspection and verification.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Tele-assisted assembly, loading/unloading, or field operations.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Monitor multiple camera views, sensor feeds, and UI dashboards to maintain situational awareness.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Record and annotate video sessions of robotic operations for analysis and training purposes.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Resolve basic operational issues (e.g., software resets, recalibration, re-routing).
• Robotics Teleoperation: Document and elevate mechanical/software problems to engineering teams with clear, detailed reporting.
• Robotics Teleoperation: Log task outcomes, anomalies, and operational metrics.
