Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of AML / KYC / IDV compliance workflows.

We are seeking an experienced Head of Revenue Operations (RevOps) with a proven background in RegTech (Regulatory Technology) and Identity Verification (IDV) to join our growing team at Programmers Force. In this role, you will drive operational excellence across our global GTM organization by optimizing processes, systems, and analytics to ensure predictable and scalable growth. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in sales operations, CRM management, compliance-driven workflows, and data analysis to align teams and maximize revenue performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage global revenue operations strategy across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
  • Own CRM architecture, pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Develop and implement data-driven insights to drive GTM alignment and efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales leadership to refine processes, quotas, and compensation models.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance, and regulatory adherence in revenue operations.
  • Optimize technology stack to support scaling teams across multiple regions.
  • Provide executive-level insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM leadership in SaaS / RegTech.
  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce or equivalent).
  • Deep understanding of AML / KYC / IDV compliance workflows and global regulatory requirements.
  • Proven ability to scale RevOps functions in fast-growth environments.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration, and data-driven problem-solving skills.
