Job summary

Hackett London is seeking a Sales Consultant in Paris to be the face of the brand, delivering personalised service and driving store performance through strong product knowledge and a commercial mindset.

You will build relationships with customers, recommend products, and close sales while maintaining brand standards and contributing to a positive team environment. Flexibility for weekends and peak periods is required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role.
• A strong track record of delivering excellent service and meeting commercial objectives.
• Confidence in engaging with customers and closing sales.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and peak trading periods, in line with store needs.
• Fluent communication skills in the local market language; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding, personalised customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Build genuine relationships with customers and understand their needs to recommend the right products and complete sales confidently.
• Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling.
• Maintain excellent product knowledge across collections, fits, fabrics, and brand stories.
• Support visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always presented to a high standard.
• Manage stock replenishment, product organisation, and store cleanliness in line with brand guidelines.
• Process transactions accurately and support day-to-day store operations.
• Work collaboratively with the wider team to create a positive, inclusive, and high-performing environment.
• Contribute to customer retention through excellent aftercare and service excellence.
