Columbia Sportswear Company is seeking a Retail Associate to act as a brand ambassador, helping customers, answering questions, and recommending products while upholding our standards and values to create memorable in-store experiences.

You will handle cash transactions, maintain visual merchandising, assist with inventory, and support the Store Leadership team. No formal education required beyond a high school diploma; candidates must be 16 or older and able to work a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• No formal education required beyond a high school diploma; GED preferred.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate cash register and process transactions accurately.
