Job summary

We are offering a 6-month internship in Paris starting January 2027 with AESOP, under L’Oréal Group. You will support Global Retail Design Innovation, assisting with architectural tasks and gaining hands-on experience in creating captivating spaces for brands like Aesop.

The role requires Master-level study in architecture or design, fluency in English and French, and a proactive, creative mindset to help drive design excellence.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a Master 1 or Master 2 program (Architecture or Design School, university, ...) looking a gap-year or final-year internship.
• Fluent in English and French.
• Strong expertise in Rhino, Vray and Autocad.
• Autonomy, proactivity and creativity.
• Appetite to learn and strive for the best.

Responsibilities

• Reporting to the Head of Global Retail Design Innovation, this position works within the Global Retail Design team.
• Contributing to the production of, and assistance with architectural and administrative tasks.
• Over time this position will build an intimate understanding of the functional and aesthetic requirements for Aesop spaces.
