Job summary

SYSTRA is seeking a Responsable Planning to lead planning activities for civil engineering and system works on major infrastructure projects. You will manage scheduling, monitor interfaces, and present progress to project teams on-site in France.

The role requires a bachelor’s in construction management or civil engineering, experience with complex infrastructure projects (rail/metro preferred), and proficiency with Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project. Fluent French is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in planning complex infrastructure projects; experience in rail or metro is an asset.
• Proficiency in a planning tool such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
• Good analytical skills, rigor and ease in coordinating multiple interlocutors.
• Fluency in French

Responsibilities

• Preparation, management, scheduling and coordination of Civil Engineering and System works.
• Implementation and Writing of reports and monthly report.
• Monitoring of project interfaces, implementation of visual management, (Dashboard, time line, specific planning, etc.).
• Identify deviations, risks of delays, and their consequences on the project.
• Propose corrective actions and catch-up scenarios.
• Prepare planning reports and present progress to project teams.
