Johnson & Johnson Vision Care in Île-de-France seeks a dynamic Responsable Développement des Ventes to lead sales for Acuvue products. You will build a client portfolio, drive revenue, and act as the face of the brand with ophthalmic professionals across Montpellier sector and the broader region.

You will plan strategic visits, negotiate with key decision makers, and work cross-functionally with marketing and clinical teams to promote our ophthalmic solutions.

Qualifications

• Formation Optique et/ou Vente, Ecole de commerce (BAC+5).
• Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit, parlé).
• Expérience minimum : 4 ans dans la vente ou le développement commercial.
• Goût marqué pour la vente et la négociation et excellent relationnel.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategy for Acuvue products in ophthalmic clinics.
• Grow revenue and market share while managing a budget and DX profitability.
• Prospect new clients and strengthen relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with marketing, training and support teams to promote products.
• Plan and conduct client visits, reporting and forecasting in Salesforce.
• Identify opportunities, drive activation plans and coordinate with regional sales heads.
• Monitor competitor activity and lead talks with opinion leaders (KOLs).
