SCROL Agency is expanding and looking for an experienced, senior-level Project Coordinator to support our team across high-profile creative and production projects for luxury and fashion brands.

✨ Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations across multiple accounts
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and next steps with precision
• Coordinate teams, schedules, logistics, and vendor communication
• Prepare clear project status updates and meeting materials
• Maintain strong organization across tools (Notion, Google Drive, Sheets, Canva, etc.)
• Anticipate needs and proactively flag potential issues
