Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Challenger or similar sales methodologies.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, active listening, and influence skills.
  • Results-oriented, resilient, ethical judgment, and compliance awareness in healthcare sales.

Responsabilités

  • Achieve end-to-end sales objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Promote MedTech product ranges remotely via phone and Teams, highlighting clinical benefits.
  • Generate and qualify leads from omnichannel campaigns and facilitate conversion.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to final sale.
  • Plan and manage existing accounts, identifying key stakeholders.
  • Maintain disciplined data entry in CRM and track KPIs.
  • Build and sustain relationships with decision makers.
  • Analyze market trends and prepare monthly activity reports.

Job Description

This role supports that mission by providing remote inside sales for MedTech products such as wound closure and biosurgery tools. The focus is on digital engagement with clinicians and purchasing teams, using the Challenger Sales methodology to navigate complexity and deliver differentiated value propositions.

Responsibilities
  • Achieve end‑to‑end sales objectives for assigned accounts.
  • Promote MedTech product ranges remotely via phone and Teams, highlighting clinical benefits and using marketing assets.
  • Generate and qualify leads from omnichannel campaigns and facilitate their conversion into opportunities.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from lead to final sale, ensuring smooth hand‑off to field sectors.
  • Plan and manage existing accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and aligning with regional directors to prioritize opportunities.
  • Maintain disciplined data entry in CRM, track KPIs, and use digital tools such as Showpad.
  • Build and sustain relationships with clinical and non‑clinical decision makers (pharmacists, SBOs, surgeons).
  • Analyze market trends, prepare monthly activity reports, and support product launch and commercial agreement deployment.
Qualifications
