Lear Corporation is seeking a Supply Chain logistics specialist at our France site to manage customer interfaces, synchronize production scheduling and coordinate shipments in a fast-paced automotive environment.

This role requires a degree in supply chain, experience in automotive logistics, SAP/QAD software proficiency, and fluency in English and French. Join Lear to drive on-time delivery, cost control, and continuous improvement while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in supply chain or logistics.
• Experience in industrial logistics, automotive and JIT manufacturing.
• Proficiency in SAP, QAD and Microsoft Office.
• Strong problem solving using 8D, 5 Whys and Ishikawa.
• Knowledge of customs regulations.
• ERP skills in SAP or QAD.
• Fluent in English and French, written and spoken.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and customers.
• Manage customer interfaces and anticipate delivery schedule changes.
• Support new product launches from a logistics perspective.
• Import customer orders and analyze EDI data.
• Monitor volume variations, handle customer complaints, and prepare the Master Production Schedule.
• Lead production reviews and coordinate transportation of finished goods.
• Track the external transport budget.
• Communicate with customers, storage platforms, and carriers.
• Participate in weekly customer meetings and coordinate with logistics and finance.
• Apply Lear Corporation policies and implement performance improvement actions.
• Reporting performance indicators and alerting management to risks or issues.
• Collaborating with all site departments and respecting safety, 5S, waste sorting, and PPE rules

Connaissances

Key skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in SAP / Proficiency in QAD & Microsoft Office
• Problem ‑ solving and analysis (8D method, 5 Whys, Ishikawa)
• Knowledge of customs regulations
• ERP skills (SAP or QAD)
• Proficiency in both English & French languages, spoken and written
