Description du poste

Join Schneider Electric Design team!

What will be your role?

As part of the Software-Designed Power team, you will shape and structure end-to-end service experiences across products, platforms, and organizations. You will make complex journeys visible and actionable, revealing pain points, touchpoints, and dependencies to drive alignment and informed decision‑making.

Working at the intersection of users, software, operations, and business, you will help teams move from fragmented interactions to coherent, scalable, and data‑informed services that deliver real value over time.

You will be responsible for:
  • Applying user‑centered service design methods to frame complex problems and guide product, engineering, and business teams across the design process.
  • Creating clear, synthetic end‑to‑end experience journeys that highlight key touchpoints, pain points, dependencies, and moments of truth across channels.
  • Mapping frontstage and backstage processes to reveal frictions, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Preparing and facilitating workshops and co‑design sessions to align teams around a shared service and product vision.
  • Acting as a design and user advocate, promoting a unified digital ecosystem and a coherent, software‑driven brand experience.
  • Leveraging qualitative and quantitative insights to inform decisions and embed data naturally into services.
  • Designing services with a strong understanding of operational, technical, and software constraints to ensure feasibility and scalability.
This job has been tailored for you if you:
  • Have a strong background in service design, design research, or human sciences (sociology, anthropology, psychology, HCI, design, or equivalent experience).
  • Bring significant experience working on complex problem spaces, services, or systems involving multiple stakeholders, products, and organizations.
  • Are comfortable collaborating across business, product, engineering, and operational teams.
  • Can structure ambiguity and translate complex human, organizational, and technical insights into clear, actionable narratives and experience journeys.
  • Have experience defining research approaches, conducting qualitative and/or quantitative studies, synthesizing insights, and communicating findings effectively.
  • Demonstrate strong storytelling skills, using visual, written, and verbal formats to make complexity understandable and decision‑ready.
  • Understand how design and research connect to real‑world constraints, including software development, operations, and delivery.
  • Are curious, empathetic, rigorous, and comfortable navigating uncertainty in evolving digital and service ecosystems.
  • Are fluent in written and spoken French and English.

…and even better:

  • Hold a Master’s degree in HCI, psychology, sociology, design strategy, or a related field.
  • Have experience with enterprise or industrial software products and complex digital ecosystems.
  • Are familiar with enterprise design systems and collaborative research tools (FigJam, Dovetail, Maze, or equivalent).
  • Contribute to design communities and actively help grow design culture through sharing and mentorship.
